"I've been living in modified self retreat for over 3.5 years now, engaged in a journey of healing with chronic Lyme disease, CFIDS (chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome), multiple chemical sensitivities, and heavy metal toxicity.  During the retreat I found that approx 40% of my multiple chemical sensitivities went away!!  I have been able to eat in restaurants, walk into Long's Drugs (both of which I hadn't been able to do in many years), and have more energy since then..  I've also cut my medical appt's for intravenous meds in half, and anticipate that trend continuing and improving as i continue to practice.  I also feel happier!
