What is the the differences between HI (Healing Intensive) and POL (Healing and TT Retreat) During this POL retreat, there will be:
-about the same ratio of movement to talk, but greater depth, focus and likely integrative experiential exercises for the theory (we are in discussion about this)
-detailed presentation, demonstration, and practice of the correct form for all the movements - which is hugely helpful for your personal practice as well as teaching
-more partnered and small group work to practice/demonstrate movement and integrate theory
-attention to understanding and dealing with FAQ's, dealing with chi reactions, personal challenges and questions you face, engaging the deeper questions (such as the relationship of WHQ to your spiritual practices and background), dealing with whatever issues arise in the moment for individuals and the group
-more attention to cultivating a community of teachers and deepening those relationships - including more exposure to and serendipity with Mingtong and experienced teachers. As Mingtong will likely not be giving so many individual treatment sessions, and experienced teachers will be partnered with new folks as chi buddies.
-more challenge, as well as support to strengthen all aspects of your practice throughout ordinary, everyday life - as well as your practice periods
-perhaps a little more time in the daily schedule to rest and integrate the material and ongoing experience
Ultimately each retreat is an unique experience and deepening of your previous practice and training depending the group involved.

“My neurologist told me recently after 21 years of having a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis that I was disabled. I enrolled in the Intensive Healing Retreat and had incredible improvement in physical symptoms. I used to walk sideways and now walk straight... Now I am back to my job as a school teacher. My life has been changed in as a miracle of the chi field. I am stronger in my decision making and feel confident that I will continue to make healthy choices. I am grateful to Mingtong, LingLing, and beautiful baby boy for manifesting this in my life. Thank you and Love." Julie Hinze

"Very powerful, inspiring, and productive. It far surpassed any expectations.I treasure the meaningfulness and freedom that I experience in these moments to endure in my life. Sometimes we are immersed in our experience and feel whole with the world, integrated, at peace, happy. I want this to be my persistent experience of life. This Qigong practice is the best tool kit I have yet found to improve my chances of continually living in that integrated, peaceful and happy way. It is complementary to my other favorite practices. Among those practices I have been exposed to, this is the most adaptable to modern living and the most easily translated to my everyday experience. I feel that is stabilizing me in my best self."
