Residential and Commuter options
A limited number of non-residential (commuter) spots are available so register early.  Residential costs include food, lodging and tuition. Commuter costs include lunch, day use fee, and tuition.

Registration Information

Registration deadline is Monday October 11, 2010.

Deposit and Payment
Deposit is as follows: $500 for 10/11 day session; $1000 for 20/21 day session; $1500 for 30 days

Balance payment is due and payable by October 11th.  Once registered, your credit card will be charged the balance on October 11th.  If you prefer to pay the balance by check, you must mail a check to us for arrival no later than Friday October 8th.  Mail balance payment to: Chi Center, c/o Leslie Gavin, 101 San Antonio Road, Petaluma, CA 94952

Cancellation policy
There is a $500 non-refundable deposit on all cancellations. If you cancel after October 11 your full deposit plus a portion of your payment will not be refunded.

Combining sessions or types
You can commute to one session and then stay residentially for two sessions. But you will have to register for them separately. For instances, register for Session 1 as a commuter (click on the appropriate link). Then once its in your shopping cart, hit the back button which takes you back to the registration page and click on the link to register for sessions 2 & 3 combination as a residential. Now two items are in your shopping cart and you can check out. Please note we cannot break up sessions and all registration needs to go through the online system.

Changes to the session you registered for or to your residential/commuter status
Once you have registered, if you want to change the session you are attending (change from session one to session two) or change from commuter to residential or visa versa, there will be a $25 charge for us to make that change (which needs to happen manually in the back end). Please consider which session you can attend before registering. We cannot accommodate changes after October 11th.

Prerequisite
The first 2 sessions are open to new retreat students.  To enroll in the last session (Nov 13-23) participants are required to have attended either a prior 10-day Healing Intensive retreat with Mingtong or session 1 or 2 of this retreat (Oct 25 - Nov 3 or Nov 3-13).

Discounts
Students who have attended a previous 10-day Healing Intensive Retreat (previously called medical intensive) with Mingtong will receive $100 discount. You must be logged in to receive discount (it will automatically give you the discount based on past registration).

There is also a $100 discount for advanced registration (before September 15th).

The prices below are good through September 14th. Beginning Sept 15 costs increase by $100 each.
