This workshop will cover advanced movements, Healing Sounds, Five Elements Theory and Three Rings technique. As a highlight, Mingtong will offer the teaching and practice of sound healing -- the effective technology to transform fearful or negative emotions to healing gift at this time of personal and social challenges.
