Term Limits: The Term Of This Agreement

The term of this agreement begins at the time you are accepted as an Affiliate of Chi Healing Center. Either party may terminate this agreement, for any reason and in their sole discretion, upon written notice of termination delivered via fax, mail or e-mail.

Upon termination of this agreement, the (former) Affiliate must remove all Affiliate links from his or her web site, and refrain from advertising or publishing the same in any other manner whatsoever.

Chi Healing Center will not be held liable for any loss of any kind, for any reason, due to failures to outages at our web site or from the internet in general.

Commission Payout Guidelines

Commissions are based on a percentage of the total gross amount due (before shipping) that a customer has used your affiliate ID when they signed up for "Healer Within" begining weekend workshop. All commissions earned by an affiliate will be credited:
When you have referred 1 person to a two day Healer Within workshop, you will be given a 25% discount towards a two day Healer Within workshop. When you have referred 2 people to a two day Healer Within workshop, you will be given a 1/2 price to a two day Healer Within workshop. When you have referred 4 people to a two day Healer Within workshop, you will be given a free pass to a two day Healer Within workshop. When you have referred more than 4 people to a two day Healer Within workshop, you will be given a credit for future Healer Within workshops offered by Chi Healing Center.

We are never responsible for paying any interest to the affiliate for accrued but not yet delivered referral payments.

If a customer's purchase incurs a chargeback, or if the online transaction is not completed in full, no referral credit will be due to the referring affiliate. If a referral credit was used, then it will be deducted from the active and accrued affiliate's account.

If a customer's purchase incurs a return of product, and a refund is given to that customer, no referral credit will be due to the referring affiliate. If a referral credit has been paid, then it will be deducted from the active and accrued affiliate's account.

As an affiliate, you understand and agree that you are acting as an independent contractor and as such are responsible for your own taxes and any other tax liabilities that might affect the sales of our product in your state.

There are no guarantees of any kind about income. Your success is entirely dependent upon your own individual sharing efforts.

Modification of this Affiliate Program

This agreement may be modified at any time by chicenter.com. Continued participation in our Affiliate program constitutes your agreement with its then current rules, operating terms and conditions.
