Troubleshooting - Qigong on the Web (QOW) 

Please read the information below if you are having difficulties

The call did not go through or could not hear anything

1) Be sure you are calling at the correct time - the current webinar is from 8:00pm - 9:00pm PST

2) hang up, and try calling back (could be a bad connection, so try a new connection). Make sure you are putting in the correct phone number and then the correct code and # key when asked. To check the number and code - sign in (see below). If that does not work:

3) try the online audio. Go to the Qigong on the Web page: QOW page and click on the link that says "already a member?" Sign in and then you will be routed to the webinar service page that has the call in numbers and the online audio. To use the online audio just click play. It helps if you have speakers hooked up to your computer.

4) the above did not work: do the practice using the CD or DVD and imagine your connection to the chi field (even without the call you are connected). Please report to us what happened (be sure to include what you tried above). Email techsupport@chicenter.com

Can't access the service page (with the call in numbers and online audio)

1) Are you sure you are a member? To access Qigong on the Web you need to sign up to become a member first. Go to QOW page If you haven’t sign up – then click on “register now” to sign up.

2) If you think you are already a member click on the login link next to "already a member". A sign in window will appear. Below the login are the following links to help you:

• Why don't I get your emails? - how to whitelist www.chicenter.com/
• Has your email changed since your last order?

You have to click "already a member" to get the sign in window that has the above links links.

3) Each time you want to access the Webinar service page you need to sign in. If you cancel your membership you won't be able to sign into QOW.
